Call Center India, as the name suggests has its delivery center in India. We are based in the industrial park within the National Capital Region of India.

We were founded in the year 2004 as the off-shore outsource service provider. Within one year of our establishment, we were already the vendor of choice for various global clients.

Starting with the small staff strength of 20 personnel, we are today 450 people strong. Additionally we have short-term project based recruitments which takes up our peak staff count to 600.

Our infrastructure facility supports 1000 people, and this is our upper limit as of now. However we are sure to exceed this limit soon, just like we always exceed the expectations of our customers.
